How to live a healthy life – Part 1

Leverpastej/Liver pate

How to live a healthy life is a lot easier then people imagine it to be. When you say the word “healthy” people automatically think rules and regulations and change. But what most don’t realize is that while change does need to take place for a healthy life it can be easy. It begins with the basics of living. The question is how do we fit it into a everyday life with an eight or twelve hour daily routine of work. After all we all got to work don’t we? Whatever the shift is you can think health. And that is where it begins in our thoughts. Changing our perception is the key and our thoughts have power over us. I suggest beginning with one thing at a time. Our bodies need at least sixty four ounces of water a day. So drink the water everyday and think of the benefits you will receive from it. Like water helps you loose weight. Water makes your tummy feel fuller at dinner time so you don’t eat as much. Water even helps your complexion and keeps you from getting the wrinkles sooner then you should. Water helps your kidneys flush out free radicals in your urinary tract. Water is essential so you drink it and don’t hesitate. Because before you know it your body will get use to it and when you don’t get it; your body will tell you that you are dehydrated when before you did drank it you might not have had any clue. If you know to drink your water be responsible for what you know. I strongly believe that a person can eat whatever they want. That sounds crazy right? But it’s true i believe it. Just don’t eat anything four to five hours before you go to bed. You see your body can only burn fat in three ways. While you are doing aerobic activity, while you have a high fever or when you are sleeping. Well we all know that we sleep longer then we can exercise. So why not go to bed hungry and wake up a little liter knowing that you’ve just got through burning fat while you were a sleep. It works I do it all the time. You see with no food in your blood stream or in your tummy your body has no choice but to go to your stored energy to receive it’s energy to repair itself while you are a sleep. If you like sweets like I do try eating them in the morning so you’re not deprived and you have all day to burn them off. Take a twenty minute walk three times a week and you can feel the stress of everyday roll off your back in no time and off your unwanted spare tire around your mid-section. If you don’t like to walk alone pair up with a friend and talk

Water and Weight Loss From Thin and Slender, the Liver, Kidneys and Water Play a Major Roll

Let’s talk About Water

Burning excess fat is a job that is supposed to be done by your liver. If your liver is not doing it’s work it could simply be the result of not giving your kidneys enough good clean waster. Metabolising fat is actually something that the liver does when it converts stored fat to energy. Weight loss is primarily the result of our liver converting stored fat into usable energy. This process not only requires sufficient water intake’ but can be greatly accelerated by consuming an abundance of clean’ healthy water. The liver has other functions too, but this is its main job.

The liver’s secondary job is to support the kidneys when they need help flushing our bodies. The kidneys need plenty of water to work properly and at high efficiency. If you are not providing your kidneys enough water, the liver can get so wrapped up in helping them out that is own function of burning fat takes second fiddle. Then the fat burning productivity of the kidneys is compromised. Meaning they are not burning fat at the rate they could be, or should be. Result: Weight Gain!

If the liver is busy doing the work of the kidneys then it can’t metabolize fat as quickly or efficiently as it could when the kidneys were working properly. By depriving your body of the water it needs, your liver will begin to slow its’ process of converting fat to energy. Your body will begin to store fat. Your body will try and store this fat as far from your major organs as possible. Collecting around your middle, under your chin, at your thighs and so on and so on.

Drinking Water Results In Faster Weight Loss

Everyday we see more people walking around with bottles of water. The sales of bottled water have drastically increased over the past few years and this is good. It is probably the most positive health related trend to happen in a long time but statistics still say that most of us are dehydrated.

It is estimated that the average person can live 3 weeks without food but only about 3 days without water. Water is essential for the human, or as far as that goes any living body, to function.

When it comes to losing weight and keeping it off, or just maintaining good health even if you don’t need or want to lose weight, sufficient water is probably the single most important element. It aids in suppressing the appetite naturally, it helps in metabolizing stored fat, and drinking a sufficient amount of water allows the body to maintain itself more efficiently.

When a person does not drink enough water it inhibits the kidneys from doing their job so they pass part of their job on to the liver. The liver is used to metabolize stored fat turning it into usable energy. If the liver has to help the kidneys it will function less effectively. Results will be less fat is metabolized. When less fat is metabolized the body will hold on the stored fat and the weight loss will slow down or stop. Sense the fat is not metabolized the body has less usable fuel to burn and you will have less energy.

When you drink more water the kidney is able to do its job properly and which in turn frees up the liver to metabolize the stored fat do it can be used for fuel. Then fat is burned and weight is lost. You will also have more energy so you feel like doing more and doing more will increase the rate at which you will burn fat leaving you losing weight at a faster rate.

Many people who have a problem of water retention think reducing their water intake will help reduce the problem. The truth is reducing the water increases this problem because the body responds to the lack of water as a threat and works to retain as much water as it can. Water is supposed to be stored in the bodys cells but to protect itself from drought the stressed body stores it in spaces outside these cells thus causing feet, hands, and legs to swell.

When people start drinking more water they have to take more trips to the rest room. This interferes with their normal day’s activity. Because of this many will go back to their original
