Many people goes all effort into how to get a good health and maintaining fitness
by adopting healthy habits, exercising,into vitamins and herbs intakes’ while some get into sports and physical training at the gym.
All paths are good but not all are able to do them or accomplish them . Depending on individual’s health conditions, eating habits and working life,does not able to allow one to do it
The problem most people have with eating healthy food is lack of knowledge, according to a top nutritionist. For example, many people do not realize that some fats are good ,such as polyunsaturated fats.
They want everything with no fat. The body does need some fat to maintain a healthy body.
Culinary herbs and spices have found to contain high concentrations of antioxidants and nutrients, with are though to prevent chronic illnesses such as heart disease and cancer.
They are also thought to boost the immune system, aid digestion, reduce nausea, relieve pain caused by inflammation, and improve bone and joint health.
If you are planning on making one simple dietary change ,go fish . Scientist believe it the fat called Omega-3s fatty acids which is the healthy polyunsaturated
fats. They are the building blocks of hormones that govern much of the body’s physiology – says Dr David Katz Director or the prevention Research Center at the Yale school of Medicine US
Lastly, on top of the balanced diet is simple exercises and breathing.
A US study found that low- intensity exercises elevates mood better than medium to high intensity.
